Culinary blog Zabar's, the virtual front of the famed New York City market of the same name, shares a dead-simple way to set up your turkey the night before, slow cook it overnight in your oven, and wake up in the morning with a delicious bird.
You'll need a roasting pan with roasting rack, heavy-duty aluminum foil, some basic seasonings and kitchen staples like paprika, garlic, and onions, and an instant read thermometer.
